I always want to post a mood board or favorites at the end of the month but it always slips my mind and my editorial calendar never allows it.
This month, I'm not letting it fly by.
Here are my August favorites.
//C.Wonder Nylon Easy Tote: My big (#sororityslang) bought this adorable C.Wonder bag for me for graduation. She even got it monogrammed (yassss). I always admired C. Wonder clothes and accessories, especially these adorable totes. Think Longchamp but a little classier. I've been using this bag to travel back and forth to work and it's awesome. It's a really light weighted bag so it doesn't weigh me down, even when I pack it with all my essentials. I'm obsessed.
//Freeman Beauty Masks: My face has been a mess lately (skincare post coming soon) and I don't know what it is. I've been obsessed with trying to clear up my skin and my answer has come in the form of these drugstore favorites. I have a few individual packets but two big tubes, Avocado and Oatmeal Clay Mask and the Charcoal and Black Sugar Facial Polishing Mask. Both are fantastic, relaxing and have done a great job at keeping my blemishes at bay. I want every single mask, please.
//Maybelline Color Whisper in "One Size Fits Pearl": I've blogged about this before but somehow, this wasn't as used as it should've been this summer. Over the past few weeks, I've been reaching for this pale, shimmer pink lipgloss/balm. This is a great transition into Fall so I'll be using this one a lot more over the next weeks.
//September Issues: August means one thing for magazine/fashion/beauty buffs and that is September Issues. There is nothing more anticipated throughout the year than your favorite September issues, or is that just me? I always love seeing who's on the covers of Vogue, Glamour, Cosmo, etc and there's just something magical about a real hefy, heavy magazine. They're the best!
I'm really not good at these favorite posts because I can't think of anything else that I've been loving. Maybe in September I should try to keep track of what I'm using and just loving.
